Yummy Squash

  • Preheat oven to about 325.
  • Peel squash, discard innards, cube. Mix with leeks, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper.
  • Fold parchment paper in half, butter one half. Put squash on buttered half. Roll up edges to seal in the moisture.
  • Cook about 20 minutes.
